T-1 hour until EAD appointment.

Cross your fingers for me that it goes as smoothly as it can.

round one - Tampa INS: 1 - Adrienne: 0

So it turns out that while they'll give you and EAD appointment on a Monday, they only actually give out EAD cards on Wednesdays.

So I have to go back. It should be noted that as far as I can tell, Tampa is unique in this -- everywhere else I've heard of, you get your card that day.

So the battle will be joined again on Wednesday, and I *will* emerge victorious.

On the up side...

cous_cous and I had lunch at Panera's, and I had enough money let over to buy an extra-creamy milk chocolate Lindt chocolate bar.

Whee!

(And, on the extra up side, the Lindt store is at West Shore plaza mall, which is a mere hop, skip, and a jump from Ross' new work place. Whee!)
