hel_anaSo it turns out that while they'll give you and EAD appointment on a Monday, they only actually give out EAD cards on Wednesdays.
So I have to go back. It should be noted that as far as I can tell, Tampa is unique in this -- everywhere else I've heard of, you get your card that day.
So the battle will be joined again on Wednesday, and I *will* emerge victorious.
