For any of you currently trying to lure people down to Tampa, a co-worker just put one of his houses on the market. (He'd been renting it but got tired of late/missed payments from the tenants.)

The house is a 1925 3br/1br bungalow at 210 W North Bay St, which is about as far south of Hillsborough Ave as Bob and Angel are north of it, and it's just a bit west of them.

He's asking $149K.

But the address is for an uninhabited house that's up for sale several miles away from where I live......

my gut hunch wants to tell you to shop a bit more, be sure about that price....

but then property prices here are lower....

Oh, not considering buying ourselves. It was a courtesy to the co-worker who's selling it, since I know that some of my friends around here have people they're trying to get down here, into that general area.
