Good things today

• Co-workers are all cool, and I like the supervisor. Everyone's very friendly and helpful.


• Lovely view from the office, plus as a bonus, really nice cubicles


• Once I'm on the GO in the morning, it's all indoors. It can rain all it wants.


• The work seems quite cool, if not as inspired from a TechComm POV - then again, I don't really want to be a tech writer wen I grow up


• The hours thing


• I made all of my trains on time


• Sandwich from the steak Dad bbq'd me on Thursday was excellent


• I managed to get through the day without falling asleep. At least till I was on the train home


• When I get home, there will be messages from Ross

it's tech writing/user relations

Basically working on the design phase of a huge systems integration project. I document the design meetings, and produce design documents.

I don't know if there are still positions available *there*.. but the recruiter who placed me told me she's looking for writers. (It may be for the company I'm at, it may not be, I don't know.)
