Mamma Mia!
Jul. 22nd, 2008 12:54 pmThe movie was very fun... one review I saw made an analogy to flaming saganaki, and that's about right. It's cheese, and it's aware that it's cheese, but it's flaming fun cheese, and as long as you can let loose enough to belt out an Opa!, you'll be all good.
The weekend was lovely, too, with a fun party, dim sum, my introduction to Robot Chicken, and a very yummy steak dinner.
This coming weekend, I'm seeing 3 Musketeers on Saturday evening, following a group outing to Ye's (if you're coming to the 3M* and want in on the AYCE sushi goodness, let me know) and followed by a birthday party. My calendar says that the Sunday was a day I'd orginally picked for a picnic; I don't know if that's going to happen or not. Thoughts?
*whether it's the evening show with us, or the matinee, since the latter will get out in a nice amount of time to hit Ye's on your way back into KW.
