One foot in front of the other

I'm making it through this week based on the spoons I stored up on my vacation. Hopefully that'll get me through at least til Sunday; then I can start borrowing against the future. ::rolls eyes at self:: Last night was a nice change of pace for me; I was still wilting like a flower left in a vase too long, but I wasn't doing it whilst hunched over a sewing machine or ironing board, and that made all the difference.

I've cancelled one of the classes I'm teaching on Saturday at FITP. I'm still doing the bodice fitting at 2pm and the "what to do with your toile now that you've made it" class at 4pm, but I had to jettison the 2-hour English History, because I just didn't have the time to do the class prep. I'm also doing some sleeve drafting for one of my apprentice sisters before the bodice fitting class; I have to remember to call her tomorrow to make firm plans for time.

As mentioned a couple of weeks ago, I want to have another April picnic. I'd originally set the date for April 20th, but I think I'm going to reschedule to April 27; I've booked off the 19/20 as "Make No Plans" weekend, which means I'll end up working but at least up until the friday of that weekend I'll maintain the illusion that I'm going to use it to relax and recharge. So. April 27th; make plans now to join me in Waterloo Park to lounge about looking decorative. Pooh Sticks is not outside the realm of possibility.

The last time I did this particular meme was in November of 2004. I did a modification of it in January of 2007. I figure it's time again. Thus:
