So my friends and I have settled on a restaurant and date for Summerlicious -- we're going to Mistura. And now I have to decide what to eat. It's a tough life, I tell you.
Appetizers I have to choose from:
Whatever will I do? I'm not sure I can handle this kind of trauma.

pappa al pomodoro -- tuscan style tomato and basil soup with a grilled crostino
or
insalata dell’ortolano -- summer greens and vegetable salad with a lemon dressing
or
risi e bisi -- risotto with green peas
or
prosciutto di parma -- parma ham with parmigiano cheese, cantaloupe and balsamic glaze
or

I can only have one of these main courses:
arrosto di agnello -- rosemary roasted leg of lamb, red wine and black olive sauce, sauteed chick peas and rapini

or
filetto di salmone -- seared salmon filet with sauteed zucchini, garlic, cherry tomato and fresh herbs gremolata
or
maccheroni e peperoni --tube shaped pasta and roasted pepper with ricotta salata
or

or
