Not only did I wake up with a headache this morning, I woke up with one of those sinus pressure headaches in which the pain spikes with every beat of my pulse.

That part's gone now, thank god.. Just normal pain now.

Oooo, ouch. Sinus headaches are the worst. Hope it all goes away quickly! ... What was your advice? Ah, right. Two ibuprofins, two tylenols?

well.. taking a shower helps. Water vapour is my friend. :)

I feel a fair bit more human now.
