For those with long lead times in their schedules...

I'm considering doing a birthday dim sum, since said birthday falls on a Sunday this year.

I'm also considering doing a road trip to Buffalo in the event that the Melting Pot opens there in the next month, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

One will probably not preclude the other.

I'd move it to Saturday, if I could, but I'm going to be on an airplane coming back from Calgary on the 3rd.

trip to buffalo: i could be in for this...as long as i won't need a passport. :P ...and provided you could swing through hamilton and pick me up. :D

dim sum: as long as i could get out to kitchener...:)

No passport 'til next year (so you're gonna have to get one sometime if you plan to go to pennsic again after this year).

Once I firm up plans for dim sum, we'll see if anyone else is coming from down that way. (Of course, it happens to be the day after Winter War, so if you're going to that, staying over in KW rather than going all the way back to Hamilton after the event is something to consider)

and yes...passports are going to be in the works by year's end for sure!
