My new silver iPod Mini is the superest cutest birthday present ever. My husband is the best.

Am now ripping cds in iTunes for said iPod Mini. Tomorrow I will not have to listen to morons who don't understand the first thing about computers. Instead, I will listen to Sea of No Cares by Great Big Sea.

Sorry, I don't remember a whole lot from last year. The whole upheaval of moving sort of overwrote a lot. Besides, I was doing troll at that event as I recall, so again, not in a position to notice much that was going on around me.

iPods are great. I got one a few years back, and it is Ok, but the Mini (or shuffle, really) is what I really wanted.

We actually almost got the shuffle, but then found out that the docking station wasn't available. Apparently they only come in every few weeks, and are all snapped up immediately.

So we went for the mini, which I'm really happy about, since it has other stuff on it, too.

As we were leaving, I congratulated the sales guy on the stellar upsale policy. ;)
