Oct. 2nd, 2006 10:40 pmSo the champagne cake I made tonight for the Women of Fortress luncheon tomorrow (celebrating the impending birth of the CEO/President's second child) requires a mere 3/4 cup champagne.
I didn't think that it was right for the rest of the bottle should go to waste. There's about a glass left, and I'm trying to decide if it's a good idea to finish the bottle or not.
Given that holding my head up is becoming a chore, probably not.
But, coolness of coolnesses, the pomegranate compote I made to put in the champagne cake is super yummy -- the perfect blend of tart and sweet. Yay me.
I think I've decided that I want pomegranates on my device, but I haven't figured out how yet
PS. I'm eating cheerios, with no milk. Not because we didn't have any, but because I like them this way. I need to work on my pincer grasp, a very important stage in a child's development. According to the box.
