I have a closet. A lovely closet, with a long bar on which to hang our clothes up. One with a shelf to put linens and things on. A closet, even, with two shoe racks, and a space for laundry. Finally, it has a bar across the top, from which shall eventually be hung tab-topped drapes. Thus, I can hide the closety goodness from the world, should the need arise.
I will now sit and bask in the glow of my closet.

Or maybe take a shower to ease the mild ache in my shoulders.

But on the up side, we ran into an old friend of Ross', and that's always a good thing.

Date: 2004-09-03 09:35 pm (UTC)We just had an old freezer carted out of the room under the stair well about a week ago and I turned that into a closet (this basement didn't have a closet, I was living out of laundry baskets and a singular dresser). I too know this great feeling ... I don't have to iron shirts every morning now!
::raises a glass:: Three cheers for closets. Hip hip hurrah! hip hip hurrah! hip hip hurrah!
