You are one of the most thoughtful and respectful individuals I have ever met. You have the amazing ability to ask probing questions without making someone feel like they are being put on the defensive, and when you take issue with something that a friend of yours says or does you are very direct in addressing it - WITHOUT making the person feel like they are being attacked.
