Spotted this a coupl'a weeks ago in Architectural Digest or sumesuch and I Want It. I've had /okay/ laundry setups for some time, which is better than laundromat, but I am a grown up and need a grown up laundry pair. If/when I can, this is high on the prio list. With a huge front loading washer and a drying line or lawn outside.

In the meantime, I /highly/ recommend LullDry, lavender dryer sachets that substitute for dryer sheets and smell nicer.

how are they on the static? And is it real lavender?

I currently use unscented detergent and laundry sheets (because the scented ones make me all headachy)

Yes, real lavender. and *g* I do add an unscented dryer sheet in as well most of the time. They're good for static at first, but that property runs out before the scent does. Makes my bedding smell so nice...
