i'm on a low-iodine diet until the 21st or 22. Lots and lots of foods have iodine in them, so it's fairly restrictive.
Bread is a large supplier of the iodine in your daily diet, between the salt and the iodate dough conditioners, thus the only bread I'm able to eat is that I've made myself (and I wasn't that together) and the diet bread from a bakery in London. My aunt works with a woman who's been on the diet, and offered to get me some of the bread. And I do appreciate that it's available, so I'm able to have starch, eating it is not fun.
I don't suppose there's anything I can do to help (I like making bread - tell me what you need, I'll make you dough - just take it out of the freezer, let it rise, bake it and you're away to the races)...
Thanks for the offer, love.. next time I'll remember it (I'll need to do this again in a year's time) and maybe we can coordinate on one of my visits up here.
I'll be at the play tomorrow night. However, it would be a two-trip process (me giving you the necessary salt, then a period of time in between for assembly, then a second trip to get the dough)
I'll probably leave the salt with you (it's not sold in Canada, it's just un-iodized table salt, but that's a legal no-no here, and sea salt is naturally iodized.)

Such is not the case.
Feh.
Next time - give me some warning, plus what kinds of bread you like.
