Which LJ Friends have you known the longest?
much_ado and courtly, both of whom I've known since I was 18. She beats him marginally (I don't think he was at my first SCA meeting.)
They're followed fairly closely by ilana_jayne (who never posts) who I met when I was 20. Then comes rgissing, and a little later, luta.
I'm pretty sure I met nights_promise before ross_winn, at a dinner with B&J and courtly in North York shortly after B&J were married. Pretty much everyone else on my flist I know *because* of ross.
Is your significant other on LJ?
Yes. And if you don't know who it is, you haven't been reading my journal at *all*, so you're probably not reading this.
Do you have LJ friends you've never met in real life?
Yep. angelsil, miss_nightshade, netgoth, nickdangerous, singingwolf, tfcocs, theferrett, and thoemeringue
maladr1n may or may not count. I saw him on stage in the abridged bible play, and actually got pulled up on stage to be a lesbian duck. So I've been within spitting distance of him, but we haven't actually *talked* as such.
theonedave is a special case. I know him from Hotline days, which way pre-date LJ, and we've never managed to meet. Though we have spoken on the phone at least once.
Do you have friends you met first on LJ, then in real life?
Two: dawaioser and donwaughesq.
Once I move to florida, I expect to add at least netgoth and singingwolf to that list.
Does it hurt your feelings when someone unfriends you?
Nope.
What would make you unfriend someone?
Not wanting to read them anymore, whether through disinterest or otherwise.
It doesn't often happen, because almost everone on my flist, is someone who either I or ross knows personally.
The exceptions are tfcocs and theferrett. And, of course, the groups and syndicated feeds.
Do you discuss personal information in your LJ?
Depends on what you mean by personal. I've discussed things that I consider personal, such as my cancer and my family.
But I generally tend to avoid discussing my marriage, at least in any depth. And Ross and I are generally agreed about avoiding smoosh.
If you go really far back in the archives, there's some fairly personal stuff written during the disintigration of my former marriage. But in general I'm a more private person than the average LJ user, from what I've seen.
