so what's the current Ealdormerean custom for 12th night? Spiffy garb or wacky garb?

there is no custom; it's been years since we actually *had* an official kingdom 12th Night, so it's traditionally been just another whatever-you've-got event at the various baronial levels.

check the hosting group's website and see if they've applied any specific requests to this year's kingdom event; i've no clue.
