No, it's ridiculous. Companies air condition for the comfort level of men in suits. My office is quite chilly. In September. In Ontario. The very few men left who wear suits need to bloody take their jacket off. Many of us are cold and energy is being wasted chilling the office and then warming it as needed with space heaters (I kid you not - a cube neighbor has a space heater).
