Room is now cleaned from Project Snowbell. As I observed to my father, now it's ready for the next project.

Speaking of that, I'm now off to Toronto to hit Queen St W; I need some red wool for a petticoat. And no-one should be shocked if I end up at IKEA. Just sayin'.

Success

Two! Two red wools! Ah ah ah!

First, a gorgeous italian red/black (but the overall effect is red), which I loved so much that I got enough to do a self-lining. (Orange Bag Store, oh how I love thee.) Second, a truly beautiful pure red, which I paid a truly startling amount of money for. I got two because I want to try the Tudor Tailor's posited petticoat, but I'd also like one that's just a skirt.

Plus some towels and a long shoe horn at IKEA, and a lovely visit with Bess and the kids.
