Update on yesterday's suckiness
Nov. 22nd, 2005 12:56 pm1) Went to the doctor, who was very impressed by my throat, and gave me a prescription for some antibiotics. Today; reduction in screaming tearing pain, increase in general blech. I came into work this morning, but I'm going to be working from home for the afternoon.
2) Cast your mind back a few months when the Glass House first arrived at the initial install attempt with a mismeasured enclosure and drilled through the copper pipe on the second install attempt.
It turns out that the enclosure they finally installed on the third attempt leaks around the door. Enough so that it's lifted and separated the tile that runs along the top of the shower pan lip, so that water is again running down into the downstairs neighbour's unit. So the enclosure needs to come out, the tile needs to be redone, and the enclosure recreated, in a non-leaking form.
I really don't want to move again in February, and I know Ross doesn't either. But at a certain point....
Ugg.
On the up-side, Ross got me the third season of Charmed, so I'm working my way through that. The fourth comes out in February, coincidentally just in time for my birthday. Not that I'm hinting, or anything.
