Ross and I are still here, hunkered down and all. Ross is about to make eggs. He's singing Swedish Chef songs. Someone please come rescue me.

We actually slept in this morning, and so missed this morning's rain and wind.

I was up around 2 am last night and so heard one of the early feeder bands as it dumped some water.

We're still here. We went out briefly in search of soda (and found out that the local RaceTrac's employees have been informed that they're working til 6:30 tomorrow morning. I do so love living in Florida with its excellent worker protections.)

I just talked to piratenoble on the phone. She's doing well and is weathering the storm nicely, for any who are interested.
