Mar. 21st, 2004 11:35 amI just ate a toasted bacon and tomato sandwich.
It doesn't sound like much, but to me, it's heaven.
Not only was it tasty, and not LID, it reminded me of being a kid on Sunday morning, when mom and dad would make b&t sandwiches after church, and we'd sit around the table eating and being a family.
It really, truly is the simple things.

Mar. 21st, 2004 12:18 pmI *really* would like to see the same kind of outrage that occured over the Bertuzzi/Moore incident occur over last night's absolutely disgusting attack by Toronto's Wade Balek on Ossi Vaananen.
True, Vaananen was unhurt. However, it was a clearly a deliberate, 360 degree swing - with a stick - at full force, aimed at the guy's head.
Balek needs to be out of the game for the rest of the season.
