Random stuff about today
May. 30th, 2003 11:29 pmHad a lovely evening with 'nora, in which I mostly managed to forget about the fact that I can't seem to locate the papers I wrote for my sr. undergrad thesis courses. ::sighs:: This is really not a good thing, since if nothing else, I really need the bibliographies.
I didn't get any shoes at the hooker/stripper store. I wanted to, these really funky wooden platformed ones with about 4 inche height in front and about a nine inch heel. But they were more money that I'm prepared to pay, and besides, I can't afford the two buff young guys in togas to carry me about. Cause god knows I'd never be able to walk in the things. However, if I win the lotto, the shoes are the first things I'm buying.
Tomorrow's Crown Tournament.. it's funny - i'm getting really distant from the whole SCA thing these days. I go to events when it's convenient (and when 'nora's going to be there to play with), but I feel no real incentive to really bust my butt to get to one. Not really sure why.
Soon to bed, I think.
