Blantanly stolen from Misha:
May. 14th, 2003 11:57 am1. What is your favorite beverage?
A.) Unsweetened red grapefruit juice
2. If you walked into a sandwich (only) shop what would you order?
A.) hrm... my favourite sandwich ever is at a store on King St in Toronto, the name of which I can't remember. The sandwich itself is a chicken and (?zuccini?) with some type of cheese.
Damn, now I want one.
3. You're at the ice cream shop down the road, what do you order?
A.) Chocolate. In a cup. Unless I'm at a Ben&Jerry's, then I get World's Best Vanilla.
4. If you could max a credit card out at only one store, where would it be?
A.) Say it with me kiddies:
I-Kee-Ya!
5. Did you play sports when you were a child?
A.) Not outside of gym class. ::shudder::
I did swim and canoe a lot, though.
6. It's your birthday, and your family is taking you for dinner, where do you choose?
A.) Well, if it's my family taking me out, a nice steakhouse.
If it were my friends taking me out, dim sum, absolutely. Except it'd be for brunch on a Sunday.
7. Do you wear perfume, lotions, or oils? Which is your favorite scent?
A.) Nope. I'm deeply allergic to perfume. Not only do I not wear perfume, I wear unscented anti-perspirant, use unscented laundry stuff, and am very, very careful about shampoo and conditioner.
I do use a facial moisturizer every day. And in the summer I religiously use sunblock.
My favourite scent is "clean".
8. What is your favorite store bought cookie?
A) Nilla Wafers.
9. Something you never did as a child and hope to see your children do?
A.)
Your children are not your children.
They are the sons and daughters of Life's
longing for itself.
They come through you but not from you.
And though they are with you yet they
belong not to you.
You may give them your love but not your
thoughts,
For they have their own thoughts.
You may house their bodies but not their
souls,
For their souls dwell in the house of
tomorrow, which you cannot visit, not even in
your dreams.
