More cakey goodness

Today's attempt: the same champagne cake, with a different sparkling wine. I'm going to cut the top off, hollow it out, and put a layer of blackberries inside. I'm intending to frost it with a rich buttercream enhanced with Godet White Chocolate Liqueur.

It's in the oven now.
