For lunch I had an Einstein Bros. Turkey Cranberry sandwich, with cranberry almond cous cous.

Wow.

Just yum.

The sandwich has roasted turkey and ginger cranberry chutney on a nice whole wheat bread. Absolutely delicious, and a really nice update on the traditional thanksgiving food.

Meat and fruit should not be mixed.

Not ever.

Tomato does not count, so you're wrong.

Traditionally qualified fruits.

And all that stuff you mentioned - vomit.

I've had apple sauce with pork chops and cranberry with turkey, but they are side dishes - not to be consumed with the meat.

You know what's funny? I wanted to try that. I saw it advertised before my surgery, but it wasn't out yet. I am glad to know it tasted good although I kinda wish it tasted like shit so I wouldn't be envious, haha.

I love the Tasty Turkey sandwich on a Pumpernickle bagel. It's not the normal bagel they serve it on, but they substitute it. Give it a shot one day.

Meat and fruit is good stuff.
That's just the way it is.

Haven't you mixed all your Thanksgiving leftovers together???
What about Mango Chutney? Tastes good on chicken.
Or Mango salsa on Salmon.

It's all good man, all good!

Ok, I'm busted. I do like mango salsa on salmon, and there are a few instances of indian chutneys with fruit that are good.

And of course citrus juices mix well with meat.

But there's too many fruity meat things popping up which make me wanna vomit in my mouth a little.

But turkey and cranberry is tradition, you have to admit that.

Now, mincemeat......I think it has fruit in it and it's disgusting.
