For lunch I had an Einstein Bros. Turkey Cranberry sandwich, with cranberry almond cous cous.

Wow.

Just yum.

The sandwich has roasted turkey and ginger cranberry chutney on a nice whole wheat bread. Absolutely delicious, and a really nice update on the traditional thanksgiving food.

But turkey and cranberry is tradition, you have to admit that.

Now, mincemeat......I think it has fruit in it and it's disgusting.

My family's traditional mincemeat is *just* fruit. No meat.
