Well, my MPP was re-elected. No matter what your opinion of the Tories was, I don't think it's possible to argue that Ted didn't do his best every day he's been representing the riding. He's a good man, and a truly good politician. I'm incredibly glad he won.

Well, for my money, that's what it's all about.. voting for the person who's best able to do the job, and most willing to do it.

I'll be honest. I had some qualms voting for Ted because of his stand on one particular issue. But I looked at the other candidates, and no-one was offering anything close to what Ted did. He was the only one offering something positive to that riding. Anything positive the other candidates were offering weren't *their* platforms.. it was just a repeat of the party platform.

I'm glad you got a representative who will work for you (even if he is of a different party than mine.)
